Terms of Service

1. Who can use the Site

You must be 18 or older to create an account, nominate someone, or be featured. Pages of minors are removed.

You sign in with your email. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

2. Nominations and featured people

Anyone can nominate anyone aged 18 or older. When a nomination is submitted, the page goes live right away and the free 15 minutes start.

By nominating someone you promise that you have the right to share the photo and the words you submit, that the story is true to the best of your knowledge, and that you are not nominating someone to mock, harass, expose or deceive them.

The person featured can have their page removed at any time, with no questions asked, through the removal link they receive, the report button on the page, or our Contact page. We may also remove any page at our discretion.

3. Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, resize, display and promote it on the Site and on our social channels, and to create share cards and images from it, for as long as the page is live.

When a page is removed we stop displaying it. Copies that other people already shared, and ordinary backups, may remain for a limited time outside our control.

4. Behavior

Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, threatening or misleading. Do not impersonate others, upload images of minors, or use bots, fake accounts or paid cheer farms to change the board.

We may remove content, cancel cheers that look fake, and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Cheers, rank and the board

Rank is based on the number of unique supporters, counted once per person, while the clock is running. Paying never buys a higher rank.

We do not promise that anyone will become famous, receive any number of visits, or stay on the board for any length of time.

6. Credits and payments

Credits are sold in bundles in US dollars. Each credit adds 15 minutes to a profile, or brings back a profile whose time ran out. The clock can hold up to 24 hours at a time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.

Credits do not expire, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Time that you have already added to a profile cannot be reversed.

If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us through the Contact page and we will look into it.

7. Local partners and party kits

Local business partners and party kits are arranged by email and confirmed in writing before any payment. Partner placement never changes the ranking of the board.

We may refuse or end a partnership or kit if the business or request does not fit our rules.

8. Third-party services

The Site relies on providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe and Resend, and may link to other sites such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims caused by content you submit or by your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes and ending

We may update these Terms. If we make an important change we will post it here with a new date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

You can stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law gives you the right to use another place.
